  • 变频电缆主要用于变频电源和变频电机之间连接用的电缆,适用于额定电压0.6/1KV及以下变频控制系统作供电电缆或电气连接,产品具有较强的耐电压冲击性,能经受变频时的脉冲电压,电缆具有良好的屏蔽性,并有效消除电磁干扰,降低变频电机噪音,保证系统稳定运行。广泛用于冶金、电力、石化、造纸、矿山、铁路、食品加工等行业。

    导体:采用符合GB/T3956规定的第5类软绞合铜导体。
    绝缘层:阻燃硅橡胶、阻燃聚氯乙烯、阻燃聚乙烯、阻燃交联聚乙烯(可选)
    填充:阻燃PP绳、阻燃PE充麻(可选)
    芯线集合:电缆3芯或3+3对称的电缆结构设计,均匀绞合
    屏蔽层:铝塑复合带绕包;铜丝编织屏蔽;铜丝编织铜带绕包屏蔽多种屏蔽方式(可选)
    护套层:阻燃聚氯乙烯混合料、表面粗糙阻燃PUR、阻燃交联聚乙烯(可选)

     
  • 1、额定电压:U0/U 0.6/1KV
    最高工作温度:硅橡胶绝缘200℃、聚氯乙烯绝缘70℃、聚乙烯90℃、交联聚乙烯125℃
    最低环境温度:敷设电缆时的环境温度应不低于-40℃;聚氯乙烯护套电缆不低于0℃。
    2、电缆安装敷设温度应不低于-25℃。
    3、电缆允许弯曲半径:电缆最小为电缆外径的10倍
    4、电缆导体长期允许最高温度为90度,短路时最高温度250度
    5、安装敷设环境温度不低于0度,固定敷设时环境温度不低于-10度.
    6.屏蔽层传输阻抗: 电缆在100MHz时传输阻抗等于或小于100Ω/m。
    电缆的理想屏蔽抑制系数等于或小于0.7。
    7.成品电缆经受交流50HZ3.5KV/5min电压试验不击穿。

     
  • 1、多层分包屏蔽,电线结构稳定,电容和电感均匀,具有比四芯电缆更好的传输性能。使电缆具有较强的耐电压冲击性,能经受高速频繁变频时的脉冲电压,对变频电器起到良好的保护作用。
    2、低工作电容、低传输阻抗、电磁兼容性好。
    3、良好的抗干扰和低辐射性能。
    4、采用了两种不同屏蔽材料,在电磁波屏蔽上起到一定的互补作用,屏蔽效果将更好。电缆的抗干扰性强,减少了整个系统中的电磁辐射。
