  • Fire-resistant cables are suitable for high-rise buildings, oil fields, power stations, power plants, mines, chemical industry, mines, subway and other occasions requiring high fire protection conditions. They are also the standby cables for emergency power supply, fire pump and elevator communication signal system. This product has the fire-resistant ability of fire-resistant cables and does not occur in a certain period of time (not less than 3 hours) under the condition of direct flame combustion.     Two or more layers of mica tapes are used to overlap the outer conductor. Generally, the overlap rate is not less than 30%.   • ●The flame retardant properties of flame retardant cables (wires) should be tested by bundles of wires and cables GB1266.5-90 and IEC 332-3. The flame retardant grades can be divided into four categories: A, B, C and D.
    ●The fire resistance of refractory cables (wires) shall pass the fire resistance tests specified in GB1266.5-90 and IEC 331.
    ●Physical and mechanical properties: the tensile strength of insulation is not less than 10.0 MPa, the elongation at break is not less than 100%; the tensile strength of sheath is not less than 12.0 MPa, and the elongation at break is not less than 100%.
    ●Minimum bending radius: (Series B) The allowable bending radius should be no less than 4D if the cable outer diameter (D) is less than 25MM; and the allowable bending radius should be no less than 6D if the cable outer diameter (D) is more than 25MM.
